An industry veteran with in-depth know-how of business operations and development, sales, marketing, and research, Ms. Milina Bose has over 30 years of experience across a wide range of industries including Pharma, Nutraceuticals, Critical care, Genomics services, Education, and Food & Beverages.

Ms. Bose gained extensive marketing and leadership experience right from the early years of her career at Claris Lifesciences, leading Product and Business Development in domestic and international markets (regulated and semi-regulated), new product development & launch. Since 2013, she has served as a Director on the board of Claris Lifesciences, a public limited company, providing regular counsel on business matters during board meetings.

During the course of her multi-disciplinary career, Ms. Bose has been associated with various strategic, innovative projects, often leading from the front in pioneering marketing and growth initiatives, especially in the areas of pharma, marketing, and sales in hospitals, and product development. She is also credited with some foundational work in the areas of MIS, Data Management and Product Research.

  • Designing a successful business model: Designed the Genomics service business model – combining in-house talent and outsourced technology, introducing the S/P/A/N/C/O pipeline for sales management.
  • Selling to hospitals: Developed and executed successful Hospital Sales and Marketing campaigns and Strategies for Critical Care, Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition products.
  • Building high-impact, specialized teams: In a first, successfully built a sales team of trained nutritionists to enhance product knowledge and sales of hospital nutrition products.
  • Promoting Critical care nutrition: CCEN – ‘Claris Centre for Excellence in Nutrition’ was a pioneering effort to enhance knowledge in areas of critical care nutrition among healthcare professionals through various marketing collateral including periodicals, audio-video presentations, conferences, and organizing trainings by leading industry experts.
  • Doubling reach by a digital marketing strategy: Partnered with the founder of Redbricks School to develop a digital strategy that ascertained an intense and consistent presence across the target audience (parents), more than doubling the school’s reach and recall.
  • Strengthening school operations: Redesigned operations strategy at the Redbricks school using the optimum mix of technology, training, and online ground-up communication, while also ensuring intense mentoring and building of academic and non-academic teams, re-hauling and reintroducing school transport logistics, home – school communication software, and efficient infrastructure maintenance and redevelopment.
